Request Data Deletion – Photo ID + GPS Antifraude

If you want to request the deletion of your data collected through the Photo ID + GPS Antifraude app, you can contact us directly and we will permanently delete your information from our servers.

How to request data deletion

You can send us a message through any of the following:

Please include:

• Your Company name
  
  

• Your PIN used in the app
  
  

• The approximate date when the data was captured
  
  

• A brief description of the request
  
  

We will delete the requested information (photos, GPS data, timestamps, and associated metadata) within 72 hours.

What data is deleted

• Photos uploaded through the app
  
  

• GPS coordinates associated with each photo
  
  

• Date and time metadata
  
  

• Any records associated with the user's captures
  
  

Retention

We do not keep any data after the deletion request is completed.
